The Company

ibbi, llc was started in Cedar Rapids, Iowa by Dennis "Denny" Ibbotson on April 1, 1995 after sales positions with Moore Business Forms, Inc. (now RR Donnelley) for 10 years and Duplex Products, Inc. (now WorkflowOne) for 13 years that were the largest and fourth largest direct business forms manufacturers in the US at the time. For his first two years he was assigned a territory, calling on small and medium-sized businesses. For the next twenty one years, he was assigned specifically to larger companies in Eastern Iowa such as Aegon USA, Amana Refrigeration, ACT, Bandag, John Deere, Rockwell Collins, and Teleconnect (which became TelecomUSA, then MCI) to name a few. The experience and expertise that he gained during those twenty three years provide ibbi, llc with the ability to meet the needs of any business regardless of its size.

However, after careful study and evaluation of the trends in the marketplace a few years ago, the decision was made to have the company focus primarily on small and medium-sized businesses. Despite the existence of thousands of these businesses, we found that this market segment had very few vendors who could or would provide a full-line of printed products and services at competitive prices which resulted in their having to pay high, often exorbitant prices. We also found that their customer service was often inexperienced, impersonal, and below average. We then positioned ibbi, llc to be able to capitalize on these weaknesses, and now more and more small & medium-sized businesses are discovering that they can order all of their printed products through our company, saving them both time and money.
